More Interesting French Mudguards and Lights

Another interesting set of aluminum mudguards and lights seen on eBay-France... note the nice logo heavily embossed into the aluminum. Letters inside the circle might be "HD"...anyone recognize the manufacturer? What about the headlight and taillight?

Can't remeber the name but I've seen the logo before. If I find out... The lightset is Radios. Otherwise, the offer is still good.
