This is my favorite "old" bike, a 1953 Learco Guerra with Campagnolo "Paris-Roubaix" shifter.

now my desktop picture.
I had an old Learco Guerra I slavaged out of a horse barn in 1969. Cleaned it up and repainted it, and took it on a tour (with old sew-ups) from SF to Ilwaco WA and back home, the summer of my jr year in high school. The bike got stolen later on, but I had moved from touring to other exciting things (girls, I think)
