A seller on eBay-Germany recently auctioned this lovely set of LGB "Goutte d'Eau" (water droplets) mud guards (for 650B). The auction included mounting hardware and rear rack. Note the intricate patterns stamped (or hammered?) into the aluminum - at least four different patterns including disks, diamonds, beads, and cobbles (and I thought Luxor used a lot of patterns!). Sold for $190.50, and no, I wasn't the winner.

My goodness Aldo, they certainly look as if they are hand stamped! - like you'd hand tool leather. Certainly the "pimples" are, and even the diamonds vary too much for hard tooling unless it were tooled to look slightly random, which I seriously doubt.
(I tried to buy a set of NOS Croco fenders a year or so ago. I shoulda.)
